简介

“即用型iPSC源肺泡类器官”呈现囊泡状早期肺泡样结构,其中至少包含了肺泡I型细胞、肺泡Ⅱ型细胞等远端肺谱系细胞类型和巨噬细胞等免疫细胞。支持对远端肺泡发育机制的探索、呼吸道远端相关疾病的模拟与病理解析、药物开发、以及体内定植等研究。
